We at Pastika's Sport Shop believe in making your fishing experience all you hope it to be. Our intentions are not to just sell you tackle, but to help you catch fish. Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments. Although if you wish to order by mail or fax please feel free to do so. Simply print your final order page and mail or fax to us with your credit card number. We also accept phone orders at 1-800-844-2159.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
Most orders are shipped using Priority Mail or Fed Ex.

Please allow 7 to 10 days to receive your order within the 48 states.

*All Oversized orders such as fishing rods and tackle boxes may be subject to both our regular shipping charge as well as any oversized shipping charge.

*Alaska, Hawaii and Canada orders will be subject to an additional $15.00 delivery charge.

*Please note that these charges will not appear on the "Check Out" page or order confirmation, but will be included in the amount printed on your credit card statement.

International Orders:

All international orders must be placed by phone. You may place your order by calling 715-634-4466. International orders will be subject to a higher delivery charge. International orders will not be filled on our online order system.

Delivery Schedule
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders that are received by 11.00 A.M. will ship the same day.
Back Orders
Items ordered are not necessarily shipped together. Any item that is out of stock will be automatically backordered. When the backordered item(s) ship, your credit card will be charged only for the merchandise and any taxes that may apply.You will be notified by email of any backorders. If you would like to cancel any backordered item, simply reply to the email stating your request for cancellation otherwise backorders may be automatically cancelled after 30 days.

Limited Editions or Runs:

Some baits are subject to limited editions or supplies. These baits can only be ordered by phone. We reserve the right to limit quantities. You may also call or email us and request to be added to our "Wish List" for these baits. We will do our very best to reach you by the means you have requested, but we can make no guarantees of availability or supply.

If a limited bait is listed in our online store, it will be described as such. Should that item be sold out, your order will automatically be cancelled, you will be notified by email and be automatically placed on our "Wish List".

Tax Charges
Orders placed in the State of Wisconsin will be charged 5.5% State and County Sales Tax.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We stand behind our products and service. If an item fails to meet your expectations and you are not completely satisfied we will gladly exchange or refund your order. We will accept returns or exchanges made within 2 weeks from the date of purchase unless other arrangements have been made by phone.

Items being returned must be in their original package. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping charges.

If an exchange is not done, refunds that are paid by credit card will be issued a credit to that card. If the order was paid by check, there will be a 7-day waiting period before a refund will be issued. Your refund will be made by check.

Store credit can be issued upon request. Custom orders are not returnable.

Warranties or Repairs:

Any product that becomes defective after use is the responsibility of the manufacturer. Please send defective merchandise to the manufacturer or local service representative, unless other arrangements have been made by phone with us. Any returns made to us on defective merchandise without prior approval will be sent back to you with forwarding information.

Returns Policy
If you are not 100 % satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund or exchange your order. Orders paid by credit card will be credited to that card. Orders paid by check will be refunded by check with a 7 day waiting period for your funds to clear our bank. We will accept returns/exchanges for 10 days from date of purchase. Special custom orders are not returnable. You are responsible for shipping costs. We will not refund for shipping. Orders must be returned in "like new condition" with all packaging.

Warranties or Repairs

Any product that are defective after use are the responsibility of the manufacturer. We will be happy to provide you with the address or phone number for the manufacturer. We are not responsible for defective merchandise and cannot exchange, return or replace it.
